2. How can I purchase products on Walletio?

You can purchase products on Walletio by downloading our mobile app from the App Store or Google Play Store and creating an account. Once logged in, you can browse our catalog, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout.

3. What payment methods do you accept?

We can support the card payment with the brand of Visa and MasterCard.

4. What delivery options are available?

You can choose between two delivery options:

a. Pick up on site: You can pick up your orders from our designated pickup locations during business hours (Monday to Friday 9:30AM - 4:30PM). You will need to bring the order number and a valid government-issued photo ID.

b. Delivery service: We offer delivery service for orders to be shipped to your specified address. Your ID is subject to the carrier's policies.

5. What is the delivery timeframe for orders?

For pick-up on-site orders, you can collect your purchases during our business hours after receiving notification that the order is packed (usually ready in 5+days).

For delivery service, the estimated delivery time will be 7-12 business days. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

Yes, we offer free shipping on all orders placed through our app without additional service fee.

7. Can I exchange or return my product?

We are happy to offer exchange policies within 7 days if they are defective or damaged because of our manufacture fault. Any piece of jewellery that has not been worn, scratched, damaged, made to order or altered in any way (including resize), and has made contact with us within 7 days after delivery, is entitled to a return or an exchange. All returns must be accompanied by a copy of your proof of purchase, and a shipment confirmation within 30 days after delivery. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. According to the VIC Customer Affair, no refund is applicable upon change of mind. A refund is only available under circumstances such as manufacture fault.
